Tajik is a Persian language written in Cyrillic, and almost no AI training data exists for it. The waitlist is open to native speakers in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, who go through the same five vetting gates as every other language.

How we test
- Items written in the language by a native linguist, never translated from English
- Script and register: Cyrillic script; literary Tajik and everyday speech
- A proctored retest on new items, then a recorded work sample reviewed by a native speaker
