AI assistants learn from people. You read what an AI wrote in your language and help make it better: you compare answers, score them, correct mistakes and write good examples. You need no programming, just a good command of your language and attention to detail.

Hourly rates in USD, paid in your local currency at the day’s rate. Team leads earn $3 an hour more.

You work as an independent contractor: a civil-law contract or individual entrepreneur status in Kazakhstan, self-employed status in Uzbekistan, freelancer status in Serbia. We walk you through it when you join.

A 20-minute task with camera and screen recorded, then a 2-minute spoken explanation in the language, scored by a native reviewer.

Probation: the first 10 billed hours on every new project are double-reviewed.
Tier 3: 200+ billed managed hours with a QA score of 92% or more.
Fair rules
What you can count on
- Tests are free and take under 45 minutes.
- One retake per test, after 30 days.
- A failed step, tier drop or removal can be appealed within 14 days to a different reviewer.
- Nobody is banned without a person reviewing the flag.
- Recordings from proctored tests and work samples are deleted after 90 days.

We are onboarding people who live in Kazakhstan first, then Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Serbia.
