SilkTrain is run by Intact Works LLP in Kazakhstan. We recruit where the languages are spoken and pay people in their own currency.

Global platforms often screen regional speakers with translated tests and automated checks. We think the vetting is the product: a named person checks identity, residency, language and skill, and the evidence stays on the profile for the client to see.

Workers stay when they are paid quickly and fairly. That is why payouts go out within 48 hours of timesheet approval, whether or not the client has paid us yet.
