Russian is the shared language of Central Asia, the Caucasus and the Balkans. Our Russian speakers go through the same five vetting gates as everyone else: verified identity and residency, proctored tests and a recorded work sample reviewed by a native speaker.

How we test
- Items written in the language by a native linguist, never translated from English
- Script and register: Russian as written and spoken in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Serbia and the wider region
- A proctored retest on new items, then a recorded work sample reviewed by a native speaker
